Birthday Fallout
So, Karisa went the extra mile in planning my birthday and making it a great day. She baked a cake and cookies from scratch, planned the day, made waffles, made me an AMAZING birthday present and also crammed in a full day of studying. She's the best. I did laugh out loud, though, when I was helping clean up at the end of the night and saw this:

I see nothing wrong with this.... the burned out lightbulbs always go next to the berries in the fridge, right?

Oh Johnmark, did I tell you about the kitten I found in our fridge? Little thing was shivering and looked pitiful. Karisa had left him in there.

I was kindly allowing them to cool off in the summer since they were stuck in hot fur coats :)
